08 Feb 10 What Would Be A Good Workout Plan In Order To Lose Weight And Gain More Overall Fitness?

What would be a good workout plan in order to Lose weight and gain more overall fitness? I am just getting ready to start, and I want to be able to start slow and build up without becoming frustrated and quitting. Any ideas?

    Run comfortably, slowly but surely pushing yourself to go greater and greater distances, and eat healthy, you know, food pyramid style.
