okay so i want to Lose weight As Fast As Possible.
seriously I’m like 5′5 and 200 lbs.
I’m extremely overweight
and i need to lose weight FAST
I don’t care if its healthy or unhealthy
i just NEED to know how
I’m already running/speed walking for an hour every morning.
What else can i do??

I started taking Hoodia because I was tired of being overweight and the adverse side effects of ephedra. I was intrigued by the fact that this is an extremely natural product. You could try cleansing your body of the toxins that are built up inside which will also rid of a lot of fat and water weight. Cleansing is healthy and is not a diet. The average person loses 7-15 pounds cleansing. I’ve been doing it and it’s working for me. I lost 20 pounds in the first 9 days. So far I’ve lost 26 pounds with it and it’s been less than 3 weeks. I drink a mixture of cold dandelion tea with cranberry juice and fresh lemon juice. I know it sounds disgusting but it’s actually really refreshing. This mixture helps clean out your system and reduce water retention.
