Hi, I want to buy a protein shake for when I lift, but it says right on the bottle there not for weight loss. And this summer I want to drop 40-50lbs.

How do you Lose weight when if you drink a protein shake and stay on a diet?

14 Jan 10 I Need A Workout To Help Tighten Up My Skin After Massive Weight Loss?

I recently lost 123 pounds over a 9 month period through healthy diet and exercise. I am happy with my loss, but after loosing that much weight so quickly my blood pressure is low (which makes me feel fatigued quit often) and my skin is sagging making me look like I have a gut when its really just loose skin. I am a female approximately 20 pounds overweight and just joined a gym. We don’t have any personal trainers around here (very small town) so I have a routine online. It consists of 30 minutes of cardio then stretching then a strength workout with weights (3 sets of 12-15 repititions). I have no idea how much I should be lifting or how often I should do this for weight loss. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Im trying to make my workout routine a little more intense. Im currently just doing 30 mins of walking/running. And a little weight lifting at home. Wanna get the whole body workout though. Any good video’s out there?

I really want to Lose weight before summer is over and i have a gym, but I was just wondering if the treadmill is a good affective way for weight loss. Most of the time I stay on the treadmill for 30-45 mins. For the last ten minuts a increase the elevation to 10 degrees on a speed of 4.5. Is this a good workout?

Well, I’m not overweight, but I would like to lose a few pounds for a wedding that’s coming up soon. What can I say? I’m just an ordinary teen. Either way, I just want to lose a few pounds. I heard that some people replace both meals with yogurt or cereal. (I’ve tried the cereal one, it gets tiring though.) Is it even healthy to eat that everyday for a long period of time? So what is a good diet I can stay on even when I’m in school? In school they always serve pizza or other foods that seem very fattening. I’ve stopped eating sweets and started walking a mile everyday. What is a quick, easy and fast way to lose pounds on a good diet?
