I just started to run on the treadmill for 20 mins, 5 days a week and eat soups that are low in salt (hearty beef,veggies,noodles) and eat mixed green salads/ceaser salads. Aswell as probiotic yogurt everyday and mixed fruits and lean chicken and salmon. How long before I see results? Will this even work?

I work out for 45 minutes on the elliptical and i havent lost weight only gained and its not muscle
i also cut out all fats and sodas

I’m also on Weight watchers Plan. So i’m eating right, also.
I just got a gym pass and I started working out for the past 5 days. I jog everyday for about 10 minutes and walk for 20. I do the elyptial machine for 30. When will I start to see weight loss. I’ve been dieting too. I’m getting frustrated because I haven’t noticed a difference. Thank YOu.

Please advice, to me it seems everything has calories and carbs, ive never been on a diet before and dont know what i should be eating that will speed up the process.
