- lost by reducing the amount of sugary foods/ junk foods i had, exercising a couple times a week, and ate large salads with every meal but still allowed myself samples of other foods. only 10 more pounds to go!
I’ve heard of the Glycemic Index diet, that the lower the GI the food has, the quicker you Lose weight and the easier it is to stay healthy. What is the appropriate amount of GI to consume in a day? Does it count like calories? If you want to lose weight, how many “points” should you consume in a day?

I have a 14 year old friend that needs to Lose weight fast..shes currently weighing 138 lbs and shes going to high school. Any tips? Exercises?
I went to an acupuncturist a while back for weight loss and they placed a ‘ceed’ in my ear.
As it is expensive I can’t go back which is a shame as it really worked for me.
The acupuncturist gave me some extra ceeds but I can’t remember exactly what point in my ear they go.
Can anyone tell me?
Please no negative comments and don’t tell me to eat less and exercise more, I know this but the ceed really helps me to stick to this

What do you plan do you recommend for men?
I’m looking for weight loss, muscle toning, and muscle mass building. Weight loss and muscle toning are more desired than mass building (I don’t plan on taking any shakes).
I weigh 178lbs, am 5′9″ tall, and I am not obese but overweight.
