08 Feb 10 How To Pin Point Weight Loss?

I’m quite content with my weight and everything, it’s just that our high school’s Christmas Dance is coming up, and I’ve got my gown. It’s strapless. Well, I have the little rolls right under my underarm where it meets the gown, and my arms are a little pudgy. Is there anyway I can pin point some weight loss to those areas?

28 Sep 09 Has Anyone Actually Lost Weight On The Weight Watchers Flex Point System?

It seems every time I think I might lose a pouind or two I pack on 3 more. Then I feel like I failed, go on a bender for a day or two then start all over again. I can’t lose on Atkins either. I either stay the same weight or gain a few pounds.
If you’ve lost weight on the flex points system with Weight Watchers would you please give me some pointers. I’m starting all over again for a 3rd week. First week, 2 pound loss, 2nd week 5 pound gain. This week I’m trying fresh fruits and whole grains. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
