What would be a good workout plan in order to Lose weight and gain more overall fitness? I am just getting ready to start, and I want to be able to start slow and build up without becoming frustrated and quitting. Any ideas?

My husband is getting deployed to Iraq and I think the best present I could give him (and for myself) would be to loose all the extra pounds and look like i did in high school. My target weight loss areas are thighs, butt, stomach. I have little motivation to work out I cant afford a gym and I work alot. It would motivate me to have a work out buddy but none of my friends even care about losing weight (when they should). HELP!

I joined Weight Watchers Back in October and have lost 70 pounds, as far as I’m concerned this is the best “diet” you could ever go on. Allthough some weeks are slow the objective its to lose the weight in a healthy way and keep it off. I am making this change for life.

Okay,so I need to lose ten-fifteen pounds by September 29.So I’m in cross country,where we’ll be doing a lot of running and lifting weights.I’m also trying to drink a lot of water and is giving up on soda and sweets,will this even do anything?I need to fit into a dress by September 29 and be more attractive….

I am 19 and I am 5′5″ and I am going to start on april 1 2008, and I want to go from 237 lbs to 130-135 lbs by middle of July to the beginning of August 2008, can somebody help me with finding a weight loss plan that will help with that goal.
