I have been trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating in order to Lose weight and I can’t quite figure it out. I’m trying to lose about 10 pounds. I’m 20 years old, 5″5″ and 120 pounds. I run on the treadmill for 50 minutes usually about 5 times a week and will soon being some mild weight training.

I lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks with just gi capsules which is good for me as I’ve never been able to lose any fat before. As they worked for me once I want to try them again - does anyone have the phone number - i think it is in Belgium ?

I’ve heard of the Glycemic Index diet, that the lower the GI the food has, the quicker you Lose weight and the easier it is to stay healthy. What is the appropriate amount of GI to consume in a day? Does it count like calories? If you want to lose weight, how many “points” should you consume in a day?

What would be a good workout plan in order to Lose weight and gain more overall fitness? I am just getting ready to start, and I want to be able to start slow and build up without becoming frustrated and quitting. Any ideas?

I need to lose like 10 pounds. And, I want to do it by summer break, if at all possible. See, I have been delaying, and delaying losing weight as much as possible, and now I just need to suck it up and lose it. My question is that, what foods should I eat in order to Lose weight.

I had a baby (baby #3) 6 months ago. I am 35 yrs old. I have tried exercise, diets and I always end up quitting. I just don’t have the time, energy, willpower, etc. I know it would be best for me to lose about 20lbs, but at this rate, I know I will not. I hate how I look and feel, it is affecting my emotions and my attitude towards alot of things. I want to know if 20lbs weight loss is enough for a doctor to normally prescribe a prescription for it. Does anyone know?

My bmr is 1420. I am trying to lose about 10 pounds for spring break. Does the bmr mean that thats how many calories I need to eat to maintain my weight? So should I eat less calories to Lose weight? I am confused because I heard somewhere that a healthy diet has like 2000 calories!
