I’ve lost between ten to twelve pounds in a day’s time by getting drunk and having dry heaves (I don’t typically drink), and also once by being slightly poisoned. Half of the weight stayed off for a long time, smile.
For a week, I’m not sure, but am guessing around 15 pounds and that was mostly due to the above, or perhaps from colds or the flu (I like to exercise a lot when I get sick, as it tends to be great for dropping weight)
My sister is getting married and I need to lose about 15 lbs. before the wedding. I want to lose the weight and keep it off so I don’t want to just go on some fad diet.
I know that green tea is very beneficial. What’s better when it comes to weight loss, high grade or low grade? Which kinds of green tea are the best for weight loss?

Working out and having a healthy diet is the best way to Lose weight. I know this because I lost 60 pounds in 5 months by exercising every day and eating healthier. No caffeine, no unnatural sugar, no fast food, no candy. It takes a lot of will power, but it is possible, and you will feel better for doing it the right way.

i exercise regulary, eat ok but i was wondering if there is a cheap weight loss drug that can help me Lose weight. Something maybe i could find at a shopko or wall-mart..what is the best drug to help me with this.

Ideally it would be something that doesn’t necessarily involve exercising your *** off. I do exercise but not as much as i should do due to time. I tend to binge exercise.
And yes i know about diet and exercise and frankly, I’m tired of reading about it.
I just want a magic pill that actually works while I sit on my bum writing questions on yahoo answers (for example)

ive said this one hundred friggin times but…
if you are wanting to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. Reduce your calorie intake to no more than 900 a day for about 2 weeks . And exercise 30 mins of cardio with sweatsuits on to help get a major sweat going on, then tone for another 30 7 days a week. and pilates is great for women. or weight traiining for guys. I lost 30 lbs in a month doing this. Then you typically can go back to your normal life style, of course limit to about 2000 calories a day anyways, and make sure you continue to exercise or else our metabolism will shoot way down and you will gain on more than you lost. But this works i swear by it, its what celebrities do b4 a big event and i did it and it works wonders. Good luck!
Also NO SODA!!! NO JUICE!!! just water water water and green tea with your breakfast!! You will feel with all the water weight like nothing is going on for awhile but that water litteraly washes the fats and toxics out of your body thats why it is important to get a heavy sweat going on during exercise. and keep the sweat running for at least 20 minutes.
I was interested in curves, but it seems to be kind of expensive…and I’m not ready to invest into somthing that I’m not positive is worth it. I need suggestions of weight loss programs and such that arent as pricey…but are effective:) Any ideas are welcome:) THNX:)
