i feel really fat and i was wondering how much weight id be able 2 lose in like a month?
i’m giving up chocolate, sodas and other things like that.
I’m willing to excercise a littel everyday and i’m also going to start drinking water everyday.

Like I heard if you eat less than 1200 calories a day, you will not Lose weight. How is this possible? And what about bulimics and anorexics? They obviously eat less than 1200 calories a day and they lose weight.
Also my sister in law eats only once a day and it is way less than 1200 calories and she is a size 2.
It can be hard if you are impatient and want to Lose weight. You can give up easily and get frustrated. How do you stick with a diet then?

My sister is getting married and I need to lose about 15 lbs. before the wedding. I want to lose the weight and keep it off so I don’t want to just go on some fad diet.
Ive been told by people who have done the fruit, vegetable, and water diet, that they have lost around 9 pounds a week. i am doing it now, but was wondering, if i ate oatmeal and eggs everyday, along with fruits and veggies, and plenty of water, and exercised, would i still lose the weight? i just need to add some energy to the fruit and veggie diet.
