Has anyone been on a diet and seen results fast?
There’s a massive campaign to encourage weight loss in obese individuals. Health and nutrition advocates often encourage people to change diets or exersize in order to Lose weight. This has led to a variety of unhealthy dieting, fasting and weight loss surgery. None of this has proven completely effective. In fact, 90% of people who diet wind up back at the weight they started, sometimes heavier. However, correlations between premature death and many health-related diseases have been found among obese individuals (although many argue that there are just as many health-related problems among those with alledgedly ideal weights, and that nutritionists do not appropriately consider the individuals lifestyle and exersize habits before pointing the finger at overweight). What do you think?

I am obese.
I am on a good diet (lots of water and veggies) and have started working out 3-4 times a week. I am thinking of taking a diet pill additionally to these two things to increase my weight loss. Would it work?

Im going to start eating much healthier and exercise everyday, and i did it last year but lost no weight. does it actually work? and how long until i actually see a difference in my weight? im not fat but im chubby and yeah can anybody please tell me how long it will take until i can start seeing results

She really wants to lose a few pounds for this regional dance competition coming up. I think she looks good and is perfectly healthy, but this competition means so much too her and I want her to be happy. She keeps bugging me about it and is too embarrassed to ask anyone for some help. She is trying, but it’s hard for her to lose the weight.
What’s the best diet plan for her?
She weighs about 120 and is 5′8″.
Her goal is to lose about 8-10 pounds.
