Whats the most calories a man can have & still Lose weight?
Hi everybody.
I have been trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating in order to Lose weight and I can’t quite figure it out. I’m trying to lose about 10 pounds. I’m 20 years old, 5″5″ and 120 pounds. I run on the treadmill for 50 minutes usually about 5 times a week and will soon being some mild weight training.

I’m not exactly trying to Lose weight, (I’m 16 years old, 5′3 and somewhere between 97 and 101 pounds depending on the scale) but I have an OBSESSION with calories and weight loss. I always keep track of the exact number of calories I eat, and I always burn an even 350 at the gym every day. I calculate in my head how many calories other people are eating and burning, and get concerned when they don’t eat enough or eat too much. I don’t know why I’m so obsessed but it’s taken a toll on my life. (example: I try reading a book and get distracted because I think about how many calories I’m burning by turning the pages.. etc.) How do I get over this strange habit?
Also how much do i need to exercise. I can do cardio for 2 hours straight for 5 days a week
also i’m 5′9 186lbs large frame i wear a 38D bra size will my breast shrink? I hope so!

I am 5′5, 30 yrs old and 170 pounds…I need to Lose weight, actually 20 pounds I need to lose…any suggestions?
I am 16. Male 5′8″, 137 pounds. Pretty active (running and musculating every other day). To Lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you eat. I hear I should eat about 2400 calories to remain at my present weight. How many calories should I eat to actually LOSE weight?

i lost weight by eating 500 calroies a day for a while, i am now at the weight i should be, what do i do in order to keep the weight off and go back to eating regularly?

For the past 2 weeks, I have cut my caloric intake to 1200-1500 calories and I’ve been running each day. Since Monday, I haven’t been able to go out running do to the weather. Will I still Lose weight by keeping my calories the same but Not running?
How much weight will I lose on 200 to 250 calories a day for 3 weeks? Whoever answers this will get best answer ’cause I already know it’s bad but I’ve done it before for a month and nothing “bad” happened. I didn’t even gain back the 30 pounds I lost.
