I have done alot of different workouts and i feel the burn but i never see results. I know that if i Lose weight than i will be able to see the results. But i can’t diet. I would like to lose some weight within two weeks. I just need a fat burning workout that doesn’t require weights, or me running.
I love food, But i wanna stop eating it as much as possible.

I started eating healthy at the beginning of summer while doing a daily workout routine. Two mouths later i had lost a total of 44 pounds,but i noticed that i had arm skin and such hanging from me. When i increased my workout it did nothing. Can someone give me some advice?
If so how much did you go - how long did it take you etc? and did you lose more weight or was it more for toning?

I have lost a considerable amount of weight, which is very noticeable in my face, butt, chest and legs. Now I look even weirder since my stomach hasn’t really gotten any smaller. How can I lose the weight specifically from my stomach so I don’t look like a walking stick with a medicine ball around my middle?
