07 Feb 10 I Need To Lose Weight Fast And Get A Toned Body Fast!?

I have done alot of different workouts and i feel the burn but i never see results. I know that if i Lose weight than i will be able to see the results. But i can’t diet. I would like to lose some weight within two weeks. I just need a fat burning workout that doesn’t require weights, or me running.

    I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
    I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.
    1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
    2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
    3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
    It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
    Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track.     Swimming is a great exercise for fat burning and toning. However, your exercise attempts will never be as successful as you want them to be without a proper diet. If you say you “can’t” diet, then your going to have to accept the fact that you may never get the results you want.
    Dieting doesn’t have to mean you are always hungry. Just focus on making healthier choices, its much easier than simply trying to eat less.

    First,I’m not a specialist in diet things but for me,I tried this way. I take one or two piece of bread,milk or juice,and an apple(daily) for my breakfast. Then,I will have some rice or bread for lunch.Dinner? I will only eat some fruits. This is because the peak time for our body to absorb nutrients is morning(70%) and afternoon(30%).Try gym or swimming for once a week as well. If you can’t stop eating,try to seperate your meals to 5 times a day.It helps but again,it depends.Hope that helps.

    and exercises such as Squat thrusts, crunches, sit ups, press ups (if you can’t do on knees first) and leg and arm stretches. Runnings a good idea to look after your heart so don’t stop that. with a good diet it should cause weight loss as well.
