07 Feb 10 How Many Calories Should I Consume To Lose Weight?

I am 5′5, 30 yrs old and 170 pounds…I need to Lose weight, actually 20 pounds I need to lose…any suggestions?

    When you exericse which YOU NEED TO DO if you want to lose weight, you will need to burn 500 to 600 calories a day.
    Without exercise, you will probably end up losing maybe 5 to 8lbs a month. I have been on a diet for a month and 3 days and I have lost 15lbs. Using an elliptical helped me shed those lbs fast.
