Hi, I want to buy a protein shake for when I lift, but it says right on the bottle there not for weight loss. And this summer I want to drop 40-50lbs.

Like I heard if you eat less than 1200 calories a day, you will not Lose weight. How is this possible? And what about bulimics and anorexics? They obviously eat less than 1200 calories a day and they lose weight.
Also my sister in law eats only once a day and it is way less than 1200 calories and she is a size 2.
It can be hard if you are impatient and want to Lose weight. You can give up easily and get frustrated. How do you stick with a diet then?

My sister is getting married and I need to lose about 15 lbs. before the wedding. I want to lose the weight and keep it off so I don’t want to just go on some fad diet.

I have 2 children, the second was born in July. I am stuck at a certain weight and need to lose about 30 pounds to be considered in a healthy range. I honestly do not have time to hit the gym. I work full time, leave the house at 6am, don’t get home until after 6pm and my husband works crazy hours. The weekends are the only times I have to clean my house, do errands, so I make them into a mini workout session, but it isn’t doing enough. I don’t eat fried or heavy in calories food. I’m trying to teach my older daughter healthy habits. What do I do to lose these pounds, given my hectic lifestyle???
